Do i need to have an account to order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest.
How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit caed provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards ( Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover ) and Paypal payments.
Can i track my order?Yes you can.
A tracking number will be provided you in your shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has shipped.

Are there any exchange rates?
All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
Why did i receive several tracking numbers? / Why didn't my shipment come in one package?We ship your orders from various international warehouses which are located in US, Canada, China, Singapore, and Ukraine. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item earlier than another. so don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once- your other items are on the way!
If you don't receive all items in your order within 4 weeks, please let us know and we will look into your shipment for you.
